Major accident liability insurance

If your company owns or uses facilities where dangerous chemicals are stored, produced or processed in a given quantity, you are obliged under the act on the prevention of serious accidents to insure yourself against the consequences of chemical spills and other risks such as fire, explosion, etc.

Categories and quantities of hazardous substances are specified in the above-mentioned act, however, insurance is recommended to anyone who stores or manufactures hazardous chemicals.
