Flight insurance - Liability for damage caused by the operation of airplanes
The insurance applies to damage caused by the operation of an airplane to lives, health and belongings of third parties not on board the aircraft as well as damages caused to the passengers. According to the laws of civil air piloting, the operator of a Czech civil airplane is required to obtain this insurance and prior to beginning operations must show proof thereof to the Ministry of Transportation.
